Welcome to the City of Washburn website!

In the land of four great seasons, to some the best is summer, and it has arrived this year several weeks early for everyone to enjoy.

The City has all the Parks and Campgrounds ready and waiting for all of our visitors and summer residents, as well as our year-around residents, to relax in.

The fishermen and boaters are on the Lake and the hikers, bike-riders, and ATVers on the shore. The local activities are many and the enjoyment endless for everyone to experience.

The year 2010 is the Homecoming Celebration. The Chamber of Commerce and our local businesses are excited and planning parades, dances, fireworks displays, carnivals, art shows, and other activities for all the “homecomers” to participate in and enjoy with family and friends. Banquets and Family and Class Reunions are being organized and planned to be held in various facilities and Parks throughout the City.
